How is Sfeira different from a standard ticketing system?

A ticketing system sells tickets. That is all it does, and it does it well. Sfeira sells your tickets and season passes, keeps your supporter app alive, runs your shop, takes payment at the box office, manages your partners and publishes to your social networks — in a single tool, on a single database. That is what changes everything: the spectator who buys a ticket becomes a contact you can bring back, a shop customer, a season ticket holder the following year. With five separate tools, that continuity does not exist. And you pay neither a compulsory subscription nor five licences: a single commission, bank fees included.

What modules does Sfeira offer?

Sfeira offers ten modules: ticketing, season passes and renewals, memberships and patronage, box office, access control, occupancy planning, partner area, fan engagement, cross-sell and up-sell, and data. You switch on only the ones you need.

Does Sfeira provide a white-label mobile app?

Yes. Sfeira provides a mobile app in your own branding (logo, colours, name), published on iOS and Android, with push notifications, a news feed, wallet, member area and gamification.

How are payments handled?

Payments are secure and powered by Viva.com: Smart Checkout for online sales and mobile SoftPOS at the box office.

Where is the data hosted?

Sfeira runs on European hosting: infrastructure and data stay under control, with compliance designed in from the start.

Is Sfeira suitable for associations?

Yes. Associations manage their memberships and subscriptions online, self-service renewals, patronage and the member area, with no spreadsheet and no cheques. And they do not stop at memberships: anything that can be sold can be sold on Sfeira. School-holiday courses, sports schools, tournaments, bingo nights, meals and social evenings, galas, outings and trips — each event goes on sale in minutes. Registrations are paid online, every participant gets their receipt, and you find everyone in the same database as your members. No more cheques to bank and lists to cross-check.

How much does Sfeira cost?

Sfeira charges no subscription to get started. The Lite plan unlocks every feature and is paid for by commission alone, quoted excluding VAT: 8% up to €25,000 of annual volume, 7% from €25,000 to €60,000, then 6% above that — bank fees included, with no fixed fee per transaction. The Premium plan is €129 excl. VAT/month with a 5% excl. VAT commission capped at €3 excl. VAT per sale, the partner area included and phone support reachable on match nights. On Lite, the partner area is an option at €20 excl. VAT/month and phone support at €50 excl. VAT/month. Memberships are billed at €3 excl. VAT each. 1,000 complimentary tickets are included per year on Lite (5,000 on Premium), then €0.15 excl. VAT per free ticket. All prices are billed in EUR. Free demo.

It depends on the price of your tickets. On an €8 ticket, a ticketing system applying a €0.99 minimum per ticket takes 12% of the price; at the 7% tier, Sfeira takes €0.56 excl. VAT, bank fees included. On higher-priced tickets the gap reverses — and we would rather tell you. Either way, you have no subscription, no membership tool, no shop and no partner spreadsheet to pay for on the side: it is all included in the same rate.

Are there any extra fees?

No. Bank fees are included in the rate, there is no fixed fee per transaction, and no subscription on Lite. What you see is what you pay. The only extras, if you use them, are memberships at €3 excl. VAT each and complimentary tickets beyond the annual quota, at €0.15 excl. VAT.

Are you cheaper than other ticketing systems?

Depending on the price of your tickets, yes or no — and we would rather tell you before than after. On low-priced tickets, very common in amateur sport, ticketing systems that apply a minimum per ticket work out considerably more expensive than we do. On higher-priced tickets, a ticketing system with a low flat commission can be cheaper. The real comparison is the total across a season, including everything you use: season passes, memberships, shop, partners and app.

It is not the price that stops organisations, it is the commitment. Paying a fixed charge every month before you even know whether you will sell — that is what makes people give up. The Lite plan removes that problem.

Why the subscription is the real obstacle

A regional-league club, an association, a venue: their income is seasonal and uncertain. A monthly subscription charges them in July as in December, in months with no event as on match nights. It turns a tool meant to earn money into a fixed cost to justify to a committee.

It is also what makes changing mid-season impossible: nobody signs a one-year commitment in November just to try a tool out.

In practice, this allows something nobody else offers: try it on a single event. A cup tie, a gala, an opening night. If it does not suit you, you have committed to nothing.

What if my activity grows?

The rate falls on its own as volume grows, with nothing to do. And if you reach a level where a subscription becomes better value, the Premium plan at €129/month excl. VAT brings the commission down to 5%, capped at €3 excl. VAT per item, with the partner area and match-night phone support included. You switch from your back office, in either direction.
