Racing Club de Grasse, a French fourth-tier side, is restructuring to aim higher: a company for the first team, an association for the youth sections. Its challenge: digitalising management and communication without multiplying tools.
A club in the middle of restructuring
Antoine Campana, head of operations: « We have five or six people on the administrative side and a sporting staff of around ten. Our medium-term aim is to reach the division above. »
Before Sfeira, management was too manual
« We had a physical box office on match days, and an online one beforehand. » The shop was run by the kit supplier. The result: little data on buyers, and heavy dependence on several providers.
Choosing Sfeira, an all-in-one app
« What convinced me was being able to bring it all together in one single app: ticketing, shop, push notifications, games… » Through notifications, the club informs its 700 to 800 licensed members « without drowning them in emails ».
Rolled out remotely, simply and quickly
« The timing was extremely tight, I did not even think we could use it for the next match! » Everything was done remotely: « remotely, it works perfectly. » The next step under consideration: ordering refreshments and snacks from the app.
« We move forward together, each helping the other grow. »
