When an amateur club takes on its digital transformation, it often looks like an endless building site: scattered spreadsheets, improvised free tools, emails everywhere. At Billy-Montigny, Les Carabiniers chose another route: working with Sfeira to structure their development.
A club that wanted to step up a gear
A handball club with history in the Hauts-de-France region, Les Carabiniers run many projects: paid ticketing, events, internal restructuring. But without the right systems, progress remained laborious. Hervé Rifflart, head of partnerships: « We were losing time on tasks that could have been automated. »
The Sfeira approach, in three steps
- Understanding the club : observing, listening, mapping the existing processes — no off-the-shelf answer, everything starts from the field.
- Putting the right tools in place : automating repetitive tasks, centralising the data.
- Supporting adoption : training staff and volunteers, clearly and simply.
The result: smoother, more professional, calmer
Within weeks: less time on admin, more structured communication, and volunteers re-motivated because they were freed from time-consuming tasks.
« We stopped just coping. Today we genuinely run the club. »
